QUOTATION-SECURITY, PATROL, AND ACCESS CONTROL SERVICES AT DIE DAM AND UILENKRAALSMOND RESORTS SITES OF THE OVERBERG DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR THE PERIOD 01 – 30 NOVEMBER 2026

Overview

Quotations are invited for security, patrol, and access control services at Die Dam and Uilenkraalsmond Resorts sites of the Overberg District Municipality for the period 01–30 November 2026. Suitable bidders are security service providers with proven capability to deploy guarding, patrols, and access-control management, and who are compliant with South African tax and B-BBEE requirements, able to operate at the Overberg resorts and provide required reporting.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number (if no TCS).
• BBBEE verification certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs.
• Copy of business registration documents.
• Demonstrated previous experience in security, patrols, and access control (functional/technical evaluation).
• Complete all bid documents on the prescribed forms and adhere to formatting rules; bid validity 90 days.
• Pricing to be provided on the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) and contract on MBD7.1 if successful.
