Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or Tax Clearance and CSD registration.
• SANAS-approved BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE provisions apply for preference points).
• Proof of business registration and ability to submit all required bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD3.1 pricing, etc.).
• Registration on the Overberg Accredited Supplier Database or Central Supplier Database (CSD); separate TCS/Pin per party in any consortium.
• Evidence of previous security patrol/access-control experience relevant to resort environments.
