Overview

KwaZulu-Natal Museum seeks Security Services to provide on-site guarding at 96 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg. Open to security service providers able to deploy Grade E officers across three shifts under a month-to-month contract, with a compulsory briefing/site visit and formal quotation submission.

Requirements

• Staff plan: provide three Security Officer Grade E posts for specified shifts (16:30–06:00 Mon–Fri; 18:00–06:00 Sat–Sun; 06:00–18:00 on weekends/public holidays).
• Contract term: Month-to-month with one month written notice for termination by either party.
• Compliance: provide CSD supplier number and Tax Pin; VAT registration where applicable.
• Preference criteria (80/20 points): Black Ownership, Women Owned, Youth Owned, Disability Owned, Locality.
