Sekgosese Ground Water Scheme – Phase 4

Overview

Procurement of construction works for the Sekgosese Ground Water Scheme – Phase 4. Open to contractors with CIDB Grade 5 CE and proven water-infrastructure experience; bidders must meet CIDB and related pre-qualification and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading level 5 CE for the contract tendered
• Workmen’s Compensation Certificate (WCC)
• VAT registration proof
• Certified CIPC entity registration
• Valid Tax Clearance PIN
• Authority to signatory
• Certified IDs for directors/owners
• Signing of Form of Offer
• Statement of municipal rates and taxes not in arrears (or rural authority letter if applicable)
• Lease agreement if property is leased or affidavit if residing with family/others; and proof of property ownership/residency as applicable
• Alterations signed and pages initialled
• Document submitted in original format (not dismantled)
• CSD Report
• Audited annual financial statements for last 3 years
• Accountant’s certificate confirming solvency and no material irregularities
• All certified copies not older than 3 months; originals required
• Completion of all MBD forms
• Functionality threshold of at least 80 points; bids scoring below are disqualified
