Overview

Appointment of a suitable qualified consultant for the review of the local economic development strategy. Lephalale Municipality invites service providers with proven track records in LED planning/consulting to bid on this open procurement.

Requirements

• Proven track record in LED strategy review and related consultancy.
• Compliance with the Municipality's Supply Chain Management Policy, Leasing and Acquisition of immovable assets policy, Preferential Procurement Regulation 2022, PPPFA and other enabling legislation.
• Bid documents containing the Condition of Bid and administrative requirements must be acquired; bids must be sealed and placed in the Tender Box; no late, faxed, emailed or telephonic submissions; bids opened in public.
• Bid document fee: R335.00 (non-refundable).
• Evaluation criteria: 80/20 (Technical:Price).

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from 08 October 2026 at the security entrance to the main office.
• Submit sealed bids in the Tender Box next to the entrance at ground floor, Lephalale Municipality offices, Cnr Joe Slovo and Dou Water Street, no later than 19 October 2026 at 10:00.
• Bids will be opened in public at the municipal offices.
