• Site meeting and clarifications: compulsory site clarification meeting on 10 September 2026 at Sere Wind Farm; attendance must be confirmed by 12:00 on 9 September 2026.
• Tender process: submission via Eskom E-tendering; 12-week tender validity; basic compliance and functionality criteria apply; cataloguing and potential scope for cataloguing if required.
• Contract framework: NEC3 TSC3, with five-year service period, 3-year warranty post-installation, and defined risk, liability, and payment terms (see attached NEC contract data).
