Overview

Procurement of on-site inspection, service, calibration and chlorine verification of three HACH DR300 Pocket Colorimeters for Ugu District Municipality. Requirements

• Capability to inspect, service, calibrate and verify chlorine measurements for three HACH DR300 colorimeters, with on-site calibration where possible.
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 (80/20 price vs specific goals) and ability to claim specific goals (ownership, local enterprise) with documentary proof (e.g., CIPC Shareholders Certificate and sworn affidavit, SAPS/POR affidavits, CSD, etc).
• Registration and declarations: CIPC, Central Supplier Database (CSD), SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or proof of CSD; tax/compliance documents; MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9).
• Bids must be on official forms, sealed, non-faxed, with a bid validity of 30 days; to be deposited in the specified bid box by the closing time.
• Documentation to attach and processes as per GCC and any applicable special conditions.
