Overview

Procurement of the service and repair of 5 vehicles. This open-tender seeks a workshop capable of servicing and repairing five municipal vehicles; the winning bidder is expected to be a single supplier. Requirements

• MIWA accredited workshop with MIOSA or RMI membership (or equivalent) and evidence of required qualifications (trade tests, diagnostics).
• Compliance with compulsory returnable documents: Enterprise Questionnaire, Independent Bid Determination, Authority for JV/Consortium, declarations of conflict of interest, past SCM practices, state-employee declaration, Municipal Accounts status, etc.
• Tax compliance and anti-conflict requirements; not restricted under competition laws.
• Local content: meet designated sector thresholds or obtain DTI authorisation for any imported inputs; submit related Annex C/authorisation if applicable.
• Registration on Senqu Supplier Database and National Treasury’s CSD; update details as requested.
• Pricing discipline: submit as per Price Schedule; bid remains valid for 120 days post-closing.
• Contract scope is a one-off engagement; the municipality may award to a single bidder.
