SERVICE AND REPAIR OF ALL ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND TELEMETRY EQUIPMENT IN THE LANGEBERG MUNICIPALITY, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

TENDER 23/2026 seeks the service and repair of all electrical, mechanical and telemetry equipment in the Langeberg Municipality for a period of three years. This Open-Tender targets CIDB-registered contractors with a grading of 3ME or higher and experience in municipal electrical, mechanical and telemetry equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• CIDB registration in a class of construction works with grading designation 3ME or higher.
• Minimum functional assessment score of 60 points.
• Evaluation under the Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy and the 80/20 Preference Point system.
• Official bid document completed in black ink; all pages returned; documents stapled/bound; supporting documents bound separately.
• Compulsory clarification meeting: 23 October 2026 at Robertson; attendance mandatory (no late entry after 10:05).
• No late, faxed or e-mailed tenders will be considered.
