Overview

RFQ for a three-year service level agreement for preventative maintenance and repairs of Thermo Finnigan MAT ELEMENT2 HR-ICP-MS systems at NMISA’s Inorganic Analysis Laboratory. This is an on-site maintenance contract for two ELEMENT II units plus 45 corrective visits, with OEM service kits included, targeted at providers with ICP-MS servicing expertise and Thermo Finnigan ELEMENT2 experience.

Requirements

• 1 x Thermo ELEMENT II, SN3613E: 2 days PM including engineer labour and travel;
• 1 x Thermo ELEMENT II, SN04245E: 2 days PM including engineer labour and travel;
• 45 x corrective maintenance visits over 3 years, including engineer labour and travel;
• Service Kit A contents (Oil Reservoir, Fiber Reservoir, Oil Vacuum pump, Extraction Lens Repair Kit, Seal Graphite Sampler ICP);
• Service Kit B contents (Oil Reservoir, Fiber Reservoir, Oil Vacuum pump, Extraction Lens Repair Kit, Jet Pump Fluid Replacement, Filter Cartridge 5 µm Kit, Seal Graphite Sampler ICP);
• Suppliers must respond on company letterhead; quotations firm/valid for 30 days; indicate delivery period; subject to SBDs; CSD registration required; BBBEE certificate for pricing above R2,000; quotations to scm3@nmisa.org; NMISA payment terms per PFMA; reference to NMISA’s supplier database requirements.
