Overview

SERVICE OF LIFTS FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS AT GARIEP DAM WATER SCHEME. This tender covers maintenance and servicing for two lifts at Gariep Dam Water Scheme (Otis models 670202 and 670203) over six months. Suitable bidders are lift-maintenance providers with certified lift technicians and formal lift-registration credentials and who can meet South African tax and supplier-registration prerequisites.

Requirements

• Certified Competent Person and Registered LMI/LME for lifts (proof required)
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS evidence or CSD registration (if applicable), and separate TCS for consortium members
• Active registration with CIPC and authority to sign (board resolution/proxy) with ID copies
• Completion and submission of standard bidding forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, plus Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.1)
• B-BBEE status proof (certificate or sworn affidavit) for preference points
• Adherence to GCC and PPPFA 2022 rules; mandatory compliance for pricing schedule, safety file, and lift certifications
• Lift-specific deliverables: monthly maintenance, quarterly inspections/certifications, safety certification, and maintenance records
