Requirements

• Mandatory pre-qualifications (Stage 1):
  • Proof of registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the CSD supplier number.
  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin.
  • Signed Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement if applicable.
  • Current Rates clearance for the company and each director (not in arrears >90 days); or lease evidence if leasing; or exemption if rates not billed.
• Stage 2 (Functionality; minimum 60 points):
  • Previous experience: four traceable appointment letters/recommendations (40 points max).
  • Capacity and expertise: CVs and qualifications; Team Leader (IT degree/5+ years) + two staff (national diploma/degree, 3+ years) (30 points).
  • Methodology: detailed project plan/Gantt chart including turnaround times, remote support, and cash flow (20 points).
• Stage 3 (Price and Specific Goals):
  • Price scoring: 80 points; Specific Goals: 20 points (focus on 51% Black Owned and EC Eastern Cape promotion; evidence required).
• Returnable documents (Schedule A-D and Form of Offer) and company information as listed in the tender.
