Overview

Procurement of RAIDS materials for the NRCS Cape Town Office, including clear plastic bags, permanent markers, cable ties and truck seals, to be supplied and delivered. This is RFQ No.038/2026 seeking a service provider with office consumables and logistics capability to supply and deliver the listed materials to Cape Town; bidders should have SARS tax/compliance status, CSD registration, and BBBEE credentials.

Requirements

• Firm prices for all items (Pricing Schedule must be firm; include all taxes)
• Complete and sign the official SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status (CSD number if no TCS PIN)
• CSD registration verification; BBBEE status or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs
• Authority for Signatory: provide proof (e.g., board resolution)
• Compliance with GCC July 2010 general conditions of contract
• No bids from persons in state service and related disclosures as applicable
