Overview

Procurement of branded marketing collateral and promotional materials to be produced for Agrément South Africa. Bidders should have marketing/branding capabilities, printing and production capacity, and be able to brand items per ASA CI Manual with quick delivery (delivery within two weeks of appointment). Compliance requirements include CSD registration, SBD 4 and 6.1 submissions, and signed General Conditions. Preference points apply for specific goals (SMMEs, Black female/youth ownership, etc.). Reference documents include the Terms of Reference and General Conditions of Contract (see filenames in notes).

Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms and sign General Conditions of Contract.
• Provide a completed price schedule and three positive written reference letters where marketing collaterals were delivered.
• All items must be branded with the ASA logo per the Corporate Identity Manual (CI Manual) and submitted for approval before branding.
• Delivery to Infotech Building, 1090 Arcadia Street, Hatfield 0083 within two weeks of appointment.
• Before award, sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA); performance measured; extensions at ASA’s discretion.
• Proposals must be valid for at least 90 days.
• Proposals submitted electronically to procurement@agrement.co.za; no hard copies accepted.
• Compliance with tax and other statutory requirements; NDA on confidential information; IP rights assigning copyrights to ASA.
