Overview

Appointment of a panel of training providers to deliver legislative training for Armscor Dockyard in Simonstown, Western Cape, for four years (2026–2030). Bidders should be accredited/licensed training providers with Department of Labour registration, QCTO accreditation, SETA accreditation (where applicable), and a proven track record in delivering NQF-aligned, legislative training with client references.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or Unique Registration Reference
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (or SARS proof of application)
• CIPC registration documents listing all members with percentages
• Valid BBBEE status for bidder and subcontractors
• Designated sectors: Local production/content (where applicable)

• Documents to submit: Returnable annexure schedule; CSD/tax clearance/CIPC BBBEE; proof of accreditation (QCTO/SETA/SAQCC where applicable); client references; pricing on company letterhead with itemized description and unit prices; separate pricing attachment (pricing separate from technical/functional response)
• Pre-qualifications: Registration with the Department of Labour; QCTO and SETA accreditations; evidence of public liability insurance for operator training; three client references not older than 3 years
• Security/Enquiries: Submit enquiries in writing to Procurement division at least three working days before closing date
• Location for delivery: Armscor Dockyard, Simonstown, Cape Town (Western Cape)
• Payment terms: 30 days after service delivery and invoice
