Procurement of 2 x PowerEdge R670 17th Generation servers for Sentech Head Office; suitable for ICT hardware suppliers with OEM partnerships, enterprise server deployment and maintenance capabilities.

Requirements

• OEM partnership/accreditation (OEM certificate/letter)
• Proof of tax compliance and registration on the Sentech Supplier Database
• Quotations on company letterhead, fully completed and signed in black ink, submitted via email
• Confidentiality obligation regarding the RFQ terms and Purchaser information
• Scope of works includes 2 x PowerEdge R670 servers with specified configurations and 3-year mission-critical maintenance + ProDeploy including Networker
• Compulsory site briefing (details in RFQ document)
• All prices in ZAR; price adjustments require written approval; Sentech may negotiate prices

• Submission deadline: 06 July 2026 at 12:00; questions/clarifications (if any) per RFQ document (see RFQ).
• Submission method: Email to Quotations5@sentech.co.za (attention Lungile Sithole) (see RFQ).
• Documents to submit: Form of Offer and Acceptance; Schedule of Deviations; Pricing Schedule; OEM certificate/letter; BBBEE certificate if claiming preference; any other returnables listed in the RFQ (see RFQ).
• Pre-qualifications: Supplier must be registered on the Sentech Supplier Database and tax compliant (see RFQ).
