Overview

Development of Architectural Designs and BoQ for Container Mall. Bidders should be architectural design firms/consultants with SACAP accreditation and experience delivering architectural layouts, 3D drawings, and bankable Bills of Quantities for container/mixed-use developments, with ability to register for CSD and tax clearance as required.

Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration.
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9).
• Accreditation with SACAP or relevant boards.
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN printout.
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof).
• Tax clearance: original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) or PIN; separate certificates for consortia/joint ventures; if no TCS but registered on CSD, provide CSD number. Foreign bidders: complete Part B3.
• Prices must be firm and include VAT; pricing must cover all disbursements.
• Site/briefing attendance details may appear in the advert (compulsory if stated).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 19 October 2026 at 12:00; late submissions not accepted.
• Submission method: hand deliver to 135 Main Street, Flagstaff, 4810 (Municipal Reception); tender box end.
• Documents to submit: MBD1–MBD9, MBD2, MBD3.1, MBD3.3 (Pricing Schedule), MBD4, MBD6.1, and the Firm Pricing Schedule (see pricing instructions).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: CSD registration; SARS TCS PIN; original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate; proof of no overdue municipal accounts; SACAP accreditation. For foreign bidders, Part B3 applies.
• Briefing/site meeting: details to be published in adverts (attendance may be compulsory).
