Overview

RFQ for servicing of fire extinguishers at SAFCOL Berlin Plantation. Requirements

• Complete the RFQ in full and submit on company letterhead.
• Submit B-BBEE verification (SANAS-accredited) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Provide Latest Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Provide CSD report (or MAAA number) and ID copies of company directors.
• Provide Supplier Code of Conduct and SBD 6.2 with Annexure C for Local Content.
• Provide SA SANS 1475 permit and SAQCC registration with servicing technician ID.
• Ensure registration with CSD within 7 working days of award if not already registered.
• Return all mandatory documents; late/incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
• If acting as a joint venture, provide consolidated B-BBEE certificate.
