Overview

Servicing, repairs, supply and installation of air conditioning units for Vaal Central Water. Bidders must have CIDB grading 2ME and above, attend a compulsory onsite briefing, and submit a formal RFQ response by 18 September 2026 (12:00). The process is a Regional RFQ for multiple sites, with prices inclusive of travel/delivery and a 60-day validity.

Requirements

• Specific goals and BBBEE: provide proof (BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit) and local area requirements if claimed. (SBD 6.1)
• GCC compliance: contract will follow National Treasury GCC. (RFQ)
• No partial payments below R1,000,000; adherence to specification; full compliance with required disclosures. (RFQ)
