SETLOPO WATER SUPPLY PHASE 2A: WARD 35Closed

Overview

This tender invites bids for the Setlopo Water Supply Phase 2A: Ward 35 project, a MIG-funded water-supply construction works contract. Target bidders are contractors with CIDB registration 8CE or higher and proven capacity in large-diameter water reticulation works, including trenching, laying uPVC pipes, and valve/meter installations.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 8CE or higher; be properly registered with CIDB.
• Quality evaluation: total 50 points (Infrastructure of Firm, Experience on Similar Projects 30; Plant & Equipment 10; Project Team Experience 10); minimum 35 points required.
• Site inspection: compulsory; attend the site visit on 30 June 2026 at 10:00 opposite Setlopo Clinic (coordinates provided).
• MIG-funded project compliance and procurement rules (90/10, with 35-point minimum for quality).
• Tender document deposit: non-refundable R3,685; payment to NMMDM account (FNB, Account 52910086795, Branch 240340; Reference – Company Name).
• Tender submissions: sealed, not electronic; must be deposited in the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality tender box.
