Overview

Provision of shuttle services and yellow plant operators for a period of five years at Tutuka Power Station. Eskom—Generation invites bidders with on-site transport capability and heavy equipment operation experience; must meet ISO 9001 QMS/Supplier Quality requirements, strong OHS/SHEQ compliance, and relevant registration/documentation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering on-site shuttle transport and yellow-plant operations.
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Supplier Quality Management compliance (QM58/ISO 9001 documentation).
• OHS/SHEQ compliance: signed Annexure B, baseline OHS risk assessment, SHE plan, CEO-signed OHS policy, and related environmental controls (waste, induction, incident management).
• Statutory registrations: CSD registration, CIDB where applicable, Tax Clearance Certificates.
• E-tendering readiness: e-tendering training acknowledgement and related manuals; adherence to Eskom procurement rules.
• Environmental requirements: waste management plan, environmental induction, incident management, and performance obligations.
• Mandatory contract documents: Annexures A–J, pricing schedule (PDF and Excel), and related SBD forms and declarations.
