Overview

Procurement of simulation labs and therapy sessions audio-visual equipment for the University of Fort Hare. RFQ inviting suitably qualified AV/electronics suppliers to quote for listed items (per attached specification) to support simulation labs and therapeutic sessions. Target bidders: suppliers of educational AV gear and related accessories (cameras, mics, tripods, tablets, recorders). Key qualifications include registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and an Original Tax Clearance Certificate, plus compliance with UFH SCM policies and submission of required bid forms.

Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Compulsory CSD registration.
• Compliance with UFH SCM policies; quotes must be submitted before closing.
• Completion and submission of specified bid documents (SBD forms) as per RFQ documents (see RFQ090NM2026.-SBD-1.pdf).
• Submission of pricing, adherence to attached specifications, and compliance with the 80/20 or 90/10 preference-point system including B-BBEE considerations.
• Evaluation may consider price and specific goals; UFH reserves right not to award or to amend criteria.
