Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of cooking oil 2L, mayonnaise 750g, milk 1L, and mealie meal Pearlenta 10kg for TelOne Zimbabwe. Suitable bidders are food-supply vendors capable of USD quotations, with valid tax clearance, and with the capacity to deliver to TelOne’s premises under the stated terms (USD pricing, VAT status, and delivery by hand).

Requirements

• Quotations must be in US$, with VAT status indicated; provide a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Bidders with outstanding orders for any of the items will not be considered.
• TelOne reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities.
• Compliance with new fiscal tax invoice regulations where applicable.
• Each tender must be in its own envelope; tenders must not be mixed.
• It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain a submission receipt with correct bidder details and bid number.

How to Apply

• Closing date/time: on or before 11:00 on 29 July 2026 (Tender Document).
• Submission method: hand deliver physical copies to TelOne Procurement, 8th Floor, Runhare House, and email submissions to procurement@telone.co.zw and procurement@telmail.co.zw (Tender Document).
• Documents to submit: price in USD (state VAT status) and a firm delivery date; include a valid tax clearance certificate (Tender Document).
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: tax clearance certificate.
• Briefing/opening: tender opening will be conducted via Google Meet; link provided in the Tender Document (Tender Document).
