Overview

Procurement of branded soccer and netball kits, balls, and promotional materials, with urgent 7-day delivery, for TelOne Zimbabwe. Bidders should be suppliers of branded sports apparel/equipment and promotional items, able to provide samples and deliver quickly, with quotations in USD (local currency) and valid tax clearance.

Scope includes:

• Branded soccer kits (jersey, shorts, socks)
• Branded netball kits (dress, bib, socks)
• Soccer balls
• Netballs
• Promotional materials (Ever sharp pens, key holders, mugs)
• Urgent delivery within 7 days; samples required

Requirements

• Quotations in US$ payable in local currency
• Payment terms: 30 days
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• No outstanding orders for any items
• TelOne reserves right to increase/decrease quantities
• Compliance with Fiscal Tax Invoice regulations where necessary
• Each tender in its own envelope; no mixed quotations
• Provide a submission receipt with bidder details and bid number
• State VAT status in the bid
• Provide a firm delivery date
• Provide samples for all materials
