Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of multiple items, including a Victus Core i7 laptop, additional laptops, cellphones, a fingerprint scanner, a compressor, and branded merchandise. Suitable bidders include IT hardware suppliers, device distributors, office equipment vendors, and branding merchandise providers capable of delivering in USD with VAT status and compliant fiscal invoices.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate; bidders with outstanding orders may be disqualified.
• Quotes in US$ payable in local currency; indicate VAT status.
• Firm delivery date; ability to meet delivery by the requested date.
• Compliance with new fiscal tax invoice regulations where applicable.
• Each tender submitted in its own envelope (for hard copy) and receipt of submission details must be verifiable.

• Closing: 23 September 2026, 11:00 (RFQ Tender Document).
