Requirements

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS): option to submit evidence of a QMS in operation; or applicable QMS documentation.
• Demonstrable QMS governance: documented roles/responsibilities; control of externally provided processes; internal/external audit reports; management reviews; records.
• Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and Quality Control Plan/ITP (as per ISO 10005 and related Eskom references).
• Form A completed and signed; E.1/E.2 customer-specific requirements.
• Engineering supervision by an ECSA-registered Civil/Structural engineer for method statements.
• SHEQ compliance (SHEQ requirements, police clearance, PPE, site establishment, medicals, transportation) as listed in the scope.
• Professional services: Civil/Structural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering design/inspection components.
