Overview

This RFQ seeks to procure SoC systems plus various supporting electronics for iThemba LABS. The package includes enclosures for SBCs, Mini PiTFT displays, Red Pitaya STEMlab 125-14, several RF/test adapters, and a GPS module, with delivery to iThemba LABS in Cape Town. Requirements

• Pricing valid for at least 60 days and inclusive of VAT; delivery lead time clearly stated.
• Submit CSD Summary Report; returnable documents completed (SBD 4; SBD 6.1 with BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit).
• PPPFA 80/20 evaluation (price 80, specific goals 20); BBBEE points claimed per SBD 6.1.
• No partial bids; delivery within 4 weeks after PO; advance payment requires a payment guarantee.
• Ensure compatibility with existing lab systems; clearly disclose any limitations.
