Overview

Procurement of Social Media Monitoring and online media monitoring services for 12 months. Open to service providers with expertise in social/listening analytics, media monitoring, and related data reporting. Requirements

• Completed SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4)
• Completed SBD 6.1 Preference Points Form (SBD-6-1.pdf)
• Certified copies of IDs for directors/owners
• Certified or color copies of CIPC registration
• Tax clearance/e-filing PIN and CSD Master registration number (to be included in the quote)
• Evidence of HDI-specific goals if claimed (black ownership, women, youth, disability)
• Compliance with mandatory gatekeepers and disclosure requirements
• Relationship/ownership disclosures with the state as applicable (SBD4)
