Requirements

• Pay the non-refundable tender fee of R830.00 and provide proof of payment.
• Obtain bid documents from the SCM offices or via notification; payment details and references must be quoted.
• Submit bids on the official forms provided by the Municipality (not re-typed or copied).
• Bids must be placed in sealed envelopes clearly stating contract number and description, delivered to the SCM tender box locations between 08:00 and 16:00 on weekdays.
