SPECIFICATION TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER TO DEVELOP THE REPUTATION RISK MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK (RRMF) FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHSClosed

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to develop the Reputation Risk Management Framework (RRMF) for six months. Suitable bidders are professional service providers with expertise in reputation risk, brand management, and communications, with at least five years’ relevant experience, IRMSA accreditation, and ability to provide client references and required compliance documents.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years’ experience in reputation risk and brand management.
• At least two contactable reference letters on client letterhead (contract value and duration) for reputation risk/brand management work.
• An expert team member to develop the RRMF, with at least 3 years in reputation risk/brand management and IRMSA professional accreditation.
• Compliance with minimum eligibility: CSD summary report, CSD tax status, conformance to ToR, and professional accreditation.
• Proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit); compliant tax status via SARS/ CSD; and CIPC registration where applicable.
• Ability to pass SIU internal integrity screening and/or State Security Agency vetting (as a condition for award).

• Documents to submit: completed pricing schedule (inclusive of VAT), SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms, BBBEE proof, CSD summary, SARS TCS PIN or CSD number, CIPC registration if applicable, and the two reference letters (plus any IRMSA accreditation proof).
