Overview

Cape Agulhas Municipality invites a formal written quotation for the SPORT FUNDRAISING, SPONSORSHIP AND RESOURCE MOBILISATION TRAINING PROGRAMME. The 2‑day workshop aims to build fundraising, sponsorship and resource mobilisation capacity for sport clubs, federations, school structures and community organisations (40 participants). Bidder qualifications include SAQA/SETA/QCTO accreditation (or an agreed arrangement with an accredited provider), and proven fundraising/training experience in community or municipal sport contexts.

Requirements

• Accreditation with SAQA/SETA/QCTO (or valid agreement with an accredited provider) covering assessment, moderation and certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising, sponsorship or resource mobilisation training; 3+ references.
• Compliance with Cape Agulhas SCM, confidentiality of learner records, and ability to issue accredited certificates.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN (TCS) and POV/PI if required; CIDB n/a; CSD registration.
• B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit; preference points form CAMBD 6.1.
• Complete and submit all returnable CAMBD schedules (1A–1F, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, Form of Offer, etc.) and Schedule 1D (municipal accounts) as required.
• Demonstrated past performance (Schedule 1F) with references.
• Pricing must be all-inclusive and valid for 90 days; local contribution considerations apply (80/20 evaluation).

• Submission deadline: 14 October 2026 at 12:00.
• Submission method: sealed envelope or post to the Municipal Manager; or deposited in the Tender Box at 1 Dirkie Uys Street, Bredasdorp (or PO Box 51, Bredasdorp 7280).
• Documents to submit: official CAMBD forms (1–9), Form of Offer and Acceptance, pricing schedule, Tax PIN/CSD/B-BBEE documents, Schedule 1F references, and municipal account verification (Schedule 1D).
• Pre-qualifications: SARS TCS PIN; CSD registration; VAT status.
• Briefing session: Not compulsory.
