Overview

This RFQ seeks stakeholder engagement catering services for Airports Company South Africa, specifically for Kimberly Airports. Bidders should be experienced catering/event-service providers capable of corporate catering, décor/setup, beverage service, and accommodating vegetarian and halal options, with compliance to SA procurement requirements (SBD forms, BBBEE, tax, CSD). Requirements

• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax PIN, Tax Compliance Status, CSD number if no PIN, VAT registration where applicable.
• Returnable documents: SBD 3.3 priced offer, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form, SBD 6.1 Preferential Points Claim Form, Confidentiality/NDA, BBBEE certificate/scorecard or BBBEE affidavit, VAT/tax compliance documents, Certificate of Incorporation, CSD, VAT Questionnaire, ACSA Terms and Conditions.
• Security/ethics: ACSA being a National Key Point may require security vetting; Declaration of Interest and confidentiality obligations.
• Preference points: 80/20 system with 100 total points; specific goals for BBBEE levels and black-owned entities per Table 1.
• General: Validity period of 120 working days; adherence to GCC and any special conditions; late submissions not accepted.
