Procurement of atmospheric emission stalk sampling services for four ARC incinerators (ARC-OVR), including a detailed analysis report to the City of Tshwane. Open to service providers with at least five years’ experience in atmospheric emission stalk sampling, familiar with 90-degree sampling procedures, and able to deliver to ARC-OVR (Onderstepoort). Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in atmospheric emission stalk sampling and testing (traceable)
• Familiar with sampling procedure requirements (90-degree sampling machine location)
• Submit 2 contactable reference letters confirming relevant work
• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with registration number and full CSD report
• Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms
• Prices must be in Rand, VAT inclusive; quotes valid for 60 days
• Provide documentation/evidence of relevant experience; state warranty/guarantee terms
• Delivery/rendering location: ARC-OVR Institute address; submission via email to kutumelab@arc.agric.za
• Evaluation uses price and specific goals (80/20): price 80 points; specific goals 20 points (HDI ownership, women, PwD, BEE, etc.)
