Overview

Procurement of stationery for city wide projects; Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are invited to submit quotations. Blantyre City Council invites MSMEs to participate in the RFQ for stationery required for city wide projects.

Requirements

• MSME target for the procurement (MSME participation encouraged).
• Indigenous Black Malawian margin of preference: 20%.
• Process governed by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2020.
• Quotations must be clearly marked “stationery for city wide projects” and delivered by 12 October 2026 at 16:00. Late quotations will be rejected.
