Overview

This tender seeks a service provider to perform STATUTORY INSPECTION OF SUBSEA INFRASTRUCTURE USING REMOTE OPERATED VEHICLE (ROV) for PetroSA’s EM, Ikhwezi, SCG, FO and Satellite Fields in Mossel Bay. Open-Tender; bidders should have subsea inspection capabilities with ROV survey, CP monitoring, excavation and CT-scanning tools, and the ability to mobilize from a PetroSA DP2 PSV. Requirements

• Full scope execution: pipeline and structure surveys, CP measurements, burial/debris checks, free-span coordinates, gas-leak checks, and excavation plus CT scans (24 excavations total) (CTT 26938 ROV Survey Scope Of Work 2026.pdf).
• Equipment and personnel: ROV-mounted CP probes, cameras, seabed profilers, depth sensors, excavations and CT scan tools; personnel including Party Chief, Data Recorder, CAD Operator, 2 Online Surveyors, 2 video loggers, 2 corrosion engineers, 2 excavation-tool operators, 2 CT Scan staff (CTT 26938...).
• Compliance: SA visa for non-nationals, offshore survival certificates, formal offshore medicals; PetroSA site access requires alcohol breathalysis and drug testing; two campaigns from a PetroSA DP2 PSV; adherence to vessel safety rules (CTT 26938...).
• Deliverables: 3 hard-copy survey reports, corrosion/CT scan reports, 3 external hard-drive copies, and daily progress reports (CTT 26938...).
