Procurement of a professional assessment and remedial recommendations for stores roof repair at Transnet SOC Ltd, Pier 1 Container Terminal. Targeted for architectural/engineering consultancies or professional service providers with roofing/building envelope assessment capabilities to inspect, document findings, and recommend remedial actions. Requirements

• Attend the compulsory site briefing (06 Nov 2026, 10:00, Transnet Durban, Bayhead Road) and provide attendance proof.
• Submit bids via the Transnet e-tender portal; no late submissions accepted; pricing must be entered electronically.
• Submit all mandatory returnable documents and comply with tax, anti-corruption, and governance requirements (SARS tax compliance PIN or CSD number; DPIP/FPPO disclosure; POPIA protection; SBD forms where applicable; Supplier Integrity Pact).
• Be prepared for security clearance if required and to sign a formal contract if awarded.
