Requirements

• Quote must clearly state compliance with and inclusion of: single or sharing room, bed, lockable cupboards, study table/chair, laundry facilities, waste bins, bathroom, recreation/dining area, security, Wi‑Fi, and self-catering facilities; kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator) and a backup generator; a water backup system (minimum 5000 L JoJo tanks with pump) installed within one month of occupation at no extra cost to Necsa. • Required documentation: Tax Clearance, Declaration of Interest (SBD 4), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, COID letter of Good Standing if applicable, and any other documents requested.
