Overview

The refurbishment and upgrades of sub-surface services (sewer, water & stormwater) at Welkom Campus, with an estimated CIDB grading of 6CE or higher, is being procured. Open tender; suitable for contractors with CIDB 6CE+ (or a JV with consolidated 6CE+). Requirements

• CIDB grading of 6CE or higher (or a JV with consolidated 6CE+).
• Mandatory pre-qualification documents (as listed in the Terms of Reference): RFP initials, priced BoQ in Excel, Audited Financial Statements, Bank rating letter, CIPC/company docs, ID copies, Tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, CSD registration, completed SBD forms, Board resolutions, CIDB certificate, COIDA, Local Labour, and Students Practical Training commitment.
• Two-stage evaluation: Stage 1 functionality (min 70% to progress) and Stage 2 price + BBBEE. See Terms of Reference for details (PU7215192-ADVERT-Terms of reference-PU7215-192.pdf).
