Procurement of photography and videography services for the in_herit Festival commemorative day promotions on behalf of Iziko Museums of South Africa. Suitable providers should have event media production capabilities, including photography, videography (4K), drone footage, on-site branding, and post-production outputs; experience with cultural institutions and multi-site shoots is desirable. Requirements

• Proven experience in event photography, videography, and drone work; capable of capturing wide audience coverage and artwork.
• Deliverables: 300dpi edited JPEGs within 3 business days; 2–4 minute 4K highlight video plus 3 site-specific 90-second videos; 4 photographers for Heritage Day; 360 photobooth activations and selfie stations.
• Compliance and documentation: Central Supplier Database report and tax status verification; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ; SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; pricing schedule; quoted price must be fixed, all-inclusive (incl. VAT) (Iziko RFQ documents).
