Overview

Supply and delivery of brush cutters and grass cutting slasher. Matatiele Local Municipality is inviting bids via an open tender for equipment suppliers of garden/land-clearing machinery. Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (full report printed)
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS Tax Compliance PIN; if in a consortium, separate certificates
• CIDB registration/contractor grading as applicable
• Completed MBD forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; Schedules A & B; Pricing Schedule; local content declarations; Ethics Commitment; Authority to Sign
• Joint ventures/consortia: signed JV/certified agreement
• Tender document fee: non-refundable R300
• Local content; where applicable, 100% local content for steel products; price must be firm and inclusive of VAT
• Tender validity period: 90 days from closing date
