Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of millet flour to Tambach Teachers College; the tender is an open competition but reserved for women. Requirements

• Tender security or tender-securing declaration is required.
• Pricing: quoted in Kenyan shillings; fixed price unless TDS allows adjustments; consider taxes and import duties as applicable.

How to Apply

• Submission: hard-copy tenders, sealed in envelopes, delivered to the college tender box; no electronic submissions.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender and Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture Agreement (if JV); Manufacturer’s Authorization (if applicable); evidence of eligibility and conformity (tax clearance, etc.).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: tax clearance; Manufacturer Authorization if not the manufacturer; Agent representation in Kenya if not locally present.
• Bid documents: available for a non-refundable KSHS 1,000 at the college or downloadable free from www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke; electronic copies are free, but paper copies are purchased (filename: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MILLET FLOUR).
