Overview

Procurement of a fully managed Push-To-Talk (PTT) radio communication system for Security Protection Services on a 36-month lease across three UFH campuses (Alice, East London, Bhisho). Service providers with experience in managed PTT solutions, radio hardware, LTE/4G/5G connectivity, GPS tracking, secure communications and security operations should bid. The contract covers supply of ~80 devices, software licenses, SIM connectivity, maintenance, training and monthly reporting under a single managed service.

• Audited financials and CVs of key personnel
• Proposals on company letterhead
• Evaluation includes 80:20 price/BBBEE; 20 points for BBBEE ownership (51% female) with an attached BBBEE affidavit
