Requirements

• CIDB registration GB class of construction works; grading designation at least as determined by the tender sum or per Regulation 25(1B)/(7A) of CON Reg, 2004.
• Estimated contract value up to R300,000.
• Complete Annexure MBD 6.1; provide B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or copies; claim preference points in Annexure 6.1.
• Provide Proof of Locality to claim locality points.
• Tender submissions must be on issued tender documents; adhere to General and any Special Conditions of Tender.
• Compulsory site-visit: 10:00 on 26 August 2026 (Registration closes at 10:05) at Council Housing, cnr Tulpe- and Dahlia Street, Malmesbury (document SCM41/26/27).
• Non-refundable cash fee of R102 for hard-copy documents; electronic format available on request.
• Swartland Municipality may elect not to accept the lowest or any bid.
