SUPPLY AND DELIER OF CONCRETE CULVERTS (375MM, 450MM AND 900MM)

Overview

Supply and delivery of concrete culverts (375mm, 450mm and 900mm) to Matatiele Local Municipality. The bid is open to all bidders who meet SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, CIDB (where applicable), and other SCM/ethics requirements outlined in the tender documents (MBD forms, ethics commitments, etc.).

Requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Clearance/Tax Compliance status
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• CIDB registration where applicable
• Complete MBD 3.3, 4, 6.1, 8 & 9 (and 6.2 for local content) with annexures
• Ethics Commitment/Form and Authority to Sign; JV/consortium documents if applicable
• Scheduling documentation: Schedule A (registration on National Treasury database) and Schedule B (past experience); Pricing Schedule
• Local content compliance (per tender: local production thresholds; 100% local content for steel components as per erratum)
