Overview

Supply and delivery of consumables for Johannesburg Water Cydna Lab (RFQ), with responses via the E-Tender Portal. Bidders should be lab-qualified suppliers capable of supplying items such as dishwashing liquid (750ml), towel paper, cotton wool, general-purpose penlight batteries, and Duracell AAA batteries, with a focus on SMMEs (51%+ black-owned) and required datasheets for all items. Requirements

• Mandatory certifications: Original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD supplier number, municipal lease or account not older than 3 months.

• Compliance: no quotes from persons in the state; no bids from blacklisted entities; submit in PDF; JV agreements if applicable; MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9) where required.

• Data protection: POPIA/privacy compliance included.

• Specific goals: SMME status (51%+ black-owned) qualifies for 20 points; include valid BBBEE verification.
