Overview

Procurement of four laptops for MM and Directors by Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality, open to accredited ICT hardware providers with CSD registration and relevant certifications. Bidders should be capable of supplying ICT hardware meeting the stated specs and delivering to Queenstown (closing date 07 October 2026 at 12:00). Requirements

• Accredited service providers; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) pin or equivalent; tax compliance documentation must be current.
• Certified ID copies of directors; JV agreements where applicable.
• Company registration document (CK) and company profile with proven experience.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; compliance with PPPFA 80/20 evaluation.
• Completion and submission of all bid forms (e.g., Form of Offer, declaration of interest) and attached Schedules.
• VAT-inclusive pricing; prices firm for the contract period; delivery terms to Budget and Treasury Office.
• Locality and B-BBEE status contribute to scoring (Stage 2), with Stage 1 checks for compliance.
• No quotations from persons in the state service; binders to follow the SCM policy.
• Local content declarations may be required under SATS 1286:2011 where applicable.

• Submission deadline: 07 October 2026 at 12:00; bids must be in a sealed envelope, marked RFQ39/09/2026, and placed in the Bid Box at Budget and Treasury Office, 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown.
