Requirements

• Grapevine rootstock: Ramsey (rooted plants), phytosanitary status: Foundation.
• Source plants must be from a VIA-registered Plant Improvement Organisation.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required; include CSD number and full CSD report.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms; bid submitted by email to ARC contacts.
• Delivery to ARC Nietvoorbij; include delivery costs for suppliers >150 km from Stellenbosch; delivery date to be specified.
• Warranty/guarantee details and evidence of relevant experience if services are involved.
• Price must be in ZAR, VAT inclusive, with official letterhead and signature; quotes subject to 80/20 weighting (price 80, specific goals 20).
• Specific goals for Preferential Procurement (HDI ownership, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE, SMME/RDP) must be claimed with supporting proof.
