Overview

Supply and deliver specified piping materials to JW Langlaagte Depot (RFQ 6000080616). Johannesburg Water invites bids from manufacturers/suppliers of water infrastructure materials (e.g., gasket rubber insertions, hydrant pipes, PVC pipes) with BBBEE/CSD compliance to quote via the eTender portal for delivery to JW Langlaagte Depot. Special conditions: all quotes via eTender; VAT-inclusive pricing.

Requirements

• Must be on company letterhead; price must include all taxes.
• Provide manufacturer datasheets and names for all items.
• Not in the service of the state; BBBEE certificate or valid sworn affidavit; MBDs completed; CSD registration (supplier number).
• Submit required lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months.
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable).
• Documents to be PDF (not Word/Excel/pictures) and, if applicable, a Joint Venture agreement properly signed.
• Specific PPPFA preference: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) with 20 points for goals (SMME/ownership targets apply). Specific goal shown: SMME (51%+ black-owned) up to 80 points.
• Note: Samples may be requested; quotations must include all taxes (VAT).
