Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of protective clothing for Programme 2 in the Zululand Sub-District, Nongoma (DPW). Suitable for PPE/clothing suppliers with manufacturing/distribution capability and compliance with SA public-sector procurement rules (CSD registration, tax compliance, B-BBEE). • Submission method: hand delivery (sealed envelope); no faxes or emails; late submissions not considered (see attached documents).
• Required documents: SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7; Pricing Schedule; BBBEE affidavits or sworn statements; CSD number or SARS PIN; tax clearance status.
• Registrations: CSD registration is mandatory; where applicable, SARS PIN/TCS status must be provided.
