Overview

Supply and deliver of 65 tents with 50 chairs per tent for the Poverty Alleviation Program, to be delivered to Nongoma. Open to qualified suppliers able to manufacture or source heavy-duty tents and chairs, with delivery to Lot 103 Main Street Nongoma 3950.

Requirements

• Completion and signing of MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9.
• Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory (include CSD number) or provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS/SARS PIN) if applicable.
• Board/Directors' resolution authorising bid submission; proof of address/utility bills for directors; certified IDs; company registration documents; certificate of authority for signatory.
• Proof of CSD address matching, and no arrears on municipal accounts for directors/office location (where applicable).
• Compliance with tax obligations; foreign bidders must complete Part B3 and provide TCS where required.
